My own health journey got me here
The reason I chose this industry is because I know what it is like to struggle and not find answers in EITHER the holistic or the allopathic route.
My health has been a huge struggle throughout the majority of my 20s: severe insomnia, digestive issues, inflammation, hypothyroidism, mental health struggles, etc.
Though my journey has been a difficult one, these health issues took me off the path I was on and helped me to find my purpose, which is helping people with their health who aren’t getting answers.
I now know that treating people as INDIVIDUALS, on a body, mind and soul level is the way forward. I also know you and your loved ones can heal. We just need the proper tools to do so.
My approach
I take a holistic view of health, which means I look at the whole picture: your gut, your minerals, your hormones, your stress, your environment. I don't chase symptoms or offer band-aid solutions.
My goal is to give you the tools and knowledge to take ownership of your health, long after our work together is done.
